Privacy notice

Effective October 24, 2026. This notice explains what Humanoid Works collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Humanoid Works is a brand of Netuck Holdings (Netuck Holdings Trust), based in Mount Vernon, Washington. Questions about this notice: info@humanoidworks.ai.

What we collect

Through our forms, only what you type or choose:

  • Waitlist and mailing list: your email address, your role and, if you give them, your name, company, where you work, the task you'd pick first, your use case, and whether you'd consider being a field-test site. Which button you press decides the list. The list service also records the time and your IP address when you sign up and when you confirm.
  • Manufacturers and component makers: your company, name, email address, country, what you make, your website and your message.

The manufacturer form also sends the page it was on, any campaign tags in the page address (such as utm_source), and the time the page was opened, which helps us filter automated spam. A hidden field that people never see must stay empty.

Server logs. Like most websites, our host records each request: your IP address, the page, the time, your browser's user agent and the referring page. Our host's built-in statistics programs also summarize those logs month by month, and the summaries include visitors' IP addresses or host names.

Spam protection. To limit how many messages one connection can send, our form handler (for manufacturer inquiries) keeps a short-lived counter keyed to a salted, one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

No cookies, no tracking tags. This site sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or advertising tags, and loads nothing from other websites. The only time your browser contacts another site is when you send the sign-up form, which goes to our email-list service.

How we use it

  • To read and answer manufacturer inquiries.
  • To send the one email that asks you to confirm a sign-up and then, only if you confirm, the updates you chose. Open tracking is turned off in our list service, so the updates don't record whether you open them. The list service does record which links in an update you click; we use that only to see which topics readers find useful.
  • To learn which construction tasks people want help with, reported only as totals.
  • To protect the forms from spam and abuse.

We don't use your details for advertising, and we never sell them.

Where it goes and who sees it

Sign-ups go from your browser straight to our email-list service, MailerLite (MailerLite Limited) (its privacy policy). It keeps the list, sends the one email that asks you to confirm, and sends the updates. Nothing about a sign-up is stored on our own web server.

Manufacturer inquiries go to our form handler, which sends an email notice to a mailbox our team reads (gc@wa.construction, run by our affiliated company Washington Construction) and keeps a copy in a file on our web server, outside the public part of the site.

Our web host, our email providers and our email-list service handle this data for us. People at Netuck Holdings companies who help run Humanoid Works can see it. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Copies of manufacturer inquiries on our web server: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Mailing lists: until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only your email address, marked unsubscribed, so we don't email you again, unless you ask us to delete it. If you don't confirm a sign-up, you get no updates; the list service keeps it marked unconfirmed until we delete it (we delete unconfirmed sign-ups after about 30 days), and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Server logs: up to about a month (our host keeps only the current calendar month of access logs and removes them after the month ends).
  • Monthly statistics built from the server logs: until we delete them; the oldest summary on the server today is from September 2025.
  • Spam-protection counters: about two hours.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any update with the instructions in it, or by email.
  • Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: email info@humanoidworks.ai.
